D2C outdoor brand ARAKA launches high-quality camping sweatshirt product line

The sweatshirt product line called “YASURAGI” is made exclusively for camping; entire production was made in Japan. Sales start on 28 January 2023 at 6:00 PM JST on the ARAKA official online store

AnyMind Group, an end-to-end commerce enablement company, together with UUUM, a Japan-based multi-channel network and a leader in creator management and content marketing, have today announced that ARAKA, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) outdoor brand produced by UUUM’s exclusive creator Tsuriyokadesyou and tapping on AnyMind Group’s D2C platforms, will be launching a new sweatshirt product line called YASURAGI. The new high-quality product line was made in Japan and designed for outdoor and camping wear, and sales of this product line will commence at 6:00 PM Japan Standard Time on 28 January 2023 on the brand’s official online store.

ARAKA was created based on the concept of “making nature into a playground” by Saga Prefecture-based Tsuriyokadesyou. To give shape to Tsuriyokadesyou’s vision, UUUM’s P2C Studio leveraged on AnyMind Group’s AnyX, AnyFactory, AnyLogi and AnyChat platforms for planning, design, production, e-commerce enablement and management, logistics and customer service.

The product development process – from planning to design and product testing – was captured on a sub-channel of Tsuriyokadesyou: Saga Yokayo, providing viewers and fans with insight into the thought process and commitment when creating the products.

The YASURAGI line includes tops and bottoms that come in two colors, gray and black, and customers can purchase them as a set or individually. ARAKA looked to create a product that redefines the conventional sweatshirt, which customers can wear as pajamas or loungewear, and designed for the great outdoors. The products use materials that were fully sourced domestically and have a special process applied to them, which involves a ceramic finishing that semi-permanently generates negative electrons*. The YASURAGI line also uses uses high-quality fabrics that were carefully woven at a fabric mill in Wakayama Prefecture, and sewn in a factory in Japan.
