AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, today announced that consumer healthcare company, Haleon has appointed AnyMind Group’s Digital Distribusi Indonesia (DDI) as e-commerce enabler and eDistributor for its Sensodyne, Scott’s Emulsion and Polident brands across Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Bukalapak and Blibli in Indonesia.
DDI will provide services such as store operations, customer service, inventory management and prepayment for promotions, as well as eDistribution for the named brands. This is further enhanced through the utilization of AnyMind Group’s proprietary technology, particularly AnyX, for e-commerce analytics and management, for more efficient and data-driven operations across e-commerce channels.
AnyX also includes native integrations with other AnyMind Group platforms such as AnyChat for customer engagement and AnyLogi for international shipping, and 3rd-party platforms for marketing and site analytics such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads.
Tatum Kembara, Managing Director of D2C and e-commerce enablement, AnyMind Group, and CEO of DDI, said: “We want to further deepen and strengthen cooperation with our principals, and with this collaboration, we can prove our unique combination of deep vertical expertise and scalable technology suite across e-commerce channels gives Haleon an accelerated pathway for growth in Indonesia.”
Following AnyMind Group’s completed acquisition of DDI in September 2023, the Indonesia-based e-commerce enabler and eDistributor was also appointed to manage Mead Johnson Indonesia’s brands such as Enfagrow and Enfamil.
