TalentMind, part of AnyMind Group and a human resource technology company, has today launched an adapted product strategy for its flagship software, allowing businesses, human resource (HR) and recruitment professionals to further streamline the recruitment process through a single solution.
Launched in January 2018, and previously offered as a standalone artificial intelligence-driven recruitment solution, TalentMind now features an applicant tracking system that is integrated with layers of AI-powered candidate screening and role matching abilities.
“Our conversations with HR and recruitment professionals across multiple Asian markets in the past months have indicated an interesting market demand and opportunity: a desire to have a single solution that covers the entire recruitment flow – from the sourcing and screening of potential candidates to the management of the candidate acquisition process,” said Sho Kondo, Head of TalentMind.
The TalentMind software now provides users with a customizable recruitment workflow, enabling HR and recruitment professionals to grow their talent pools, manage and evaluate prospects, and develop personalized hiring plans for candidates. TalentMind can also be easily integrated with job boards and a company’s website, allowing users to have full control of their hiring efforts through a single platform.
This will be supplemented by enhanced AI and machine learning engines, allowing for the matching of an applicant’s credentials, personality and interests to job scope, role requirements and organizational culture. Users are then provided with various applicant scores with customizable logic, enabling greater efficiency through a cognitive data-driven decisioning process.
“We have seen good market momentum for the platform, and our engineering team has been agile and quick to adapt the TalentMind platform based off market demand. We can also now align TalentMind to our overall group innovation strategy – end-to-end solutions for businesses and professionals that empower greater efficiency and scale.” said Kosuke Sogo, CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group.
TalentMind has experienced a 50% month-on-month growth rate in customers, with over 100 customers since its launch in January 2018. The software is now available across Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
