Notice on unauthorised activities and brand usage of AnyMind Group through email communications

Recently, AnyMind Group has received information about the unauthorised usage of AnyMind Group brand collaterals, through the impersonation of identity as an employee of AnyMind Group. The offending party used email, through the moniker: Postell Sonntag and email address: postellusonntagnol28@gmail.com to contact influencers.

Please be informed that any and all email exchanges from personnel representing the company will be made through the email address using official company domain names only.

We hereby clarify that any official communications made by AnyMind Group and from AnyMind Group staff will be from the @anymindgroup.com domain name.

All activities performed through personal (eg. @gmail.com or @hotmail.com) or unrelated email addresses that claim to be AnyMind Group or that of its subsidiaries, is an unauthorised use of the company’s image rights. Please stay alert to fraudulent information and beware of fraudulent activity.

AnyMind Group reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against such impersonators or fraudulent activities.
