Senior Regional Marketing Manager

Join AnyMind Group’s Communications team and drive our positioning as industry leaders across 15 markets. This role is central to enhancing our brand awareness, generating demand, and enabling revenue growth through impactful B2B marketing strategies. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will lead regional marketing initiatives, managing and working closely with local teams and a regional marcomms network to deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Regional Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a region-first marketing strategy to align local initiatives with global objectives, driving value across markets.
  • Demand Generation: Own and implement demand generation campaigns, working with Sales leadership to deliver a strong pipeline of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) that meet revenue targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor and optimize the marketing pipeline, collaborating with regional teams to ensure measurable impact on business growth.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with local leadership to tailor and execute go-to-market plans that address market-specific opportunities and challenges.
  • Customer-Centric Campaigns: Oversee impactful initiatives including events, content development, case studies, and awards submissions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Data-Driven Success: Forecast, measure, and evaluate campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Regional Advocacy: Represent local market needs and integrate feedback into broader marketing strategies, ensuring global-local alignment.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record in pipeline generation strategy and execution
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with peers, customers, prospects, and influencers
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to formulate and communicate strategy effectively
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High aptitude for viewing challenges as opportunities and collaborating cross-departmentally to create unique, impactful solutions that benefit the region and the company
  • Willingness to travel as required
