What You'll Do
- Report Generation
- Create and generate reports based on organizational needs
- Utilize reporting tools and software to extract data from various sources
- Ensure reports are formatted correctly and are easy to understand
- Data Management
- Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Implement data validation techniques to ensure high-quality reporting
- Stakeholder Communication
- Liaise with different departments to understand their reporting requirements
- Provide training and support to users on how to access and interpret reports
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve reporting processes
- Report Distribution
- Monitor report delivery and address any issues that arise
- Performance Monitoring
- Track the performance of reports and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze report usage to determine which reports are most valuable to the organization
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good command of English and fluent in Thai
- Have passion on digital & influencer marketing
- Always up to date on influencer trend
- Experience in digital advertising agencies
- Experience in working with Influencers or Celebrities
- Outstanding Enthusiasm
- Multitasking/Coordinating skills
- Flexible working hours
- Proactive
