MarComms Manager (Corporate Branding)

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Manager (Corporate Branding) who will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing comprehensive public relations and marketing communications strategies that align with the company's goals and needs. This role will involve leading a talented team, generating inbound leads through effective marketing activities, and managing content across various platforms to enhance the company’s brand identity and reputation. 

 

What You'll Do

Media and Press Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with press, journalists, editors, and media influencers to secure positive media coverage for the company.
  • Utilize established media connections to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.

Event Development and Support:

  • Develop and support owned, earned, and paid events, including the creation of marketing materials and speaking content (presentations and scripts).
  • Identify relevant award opportunities and coordinate with supporting teams to craft compelling cases for submissions.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR and marketing communications strategies that align with company objectives and needs.
  • Initiate targeted marketing activities and create content aimed at generating business inbound leads to increase company's reputation.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the creation and implementation the marketing campaign to increase company's reputation

Brand Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity and reputation through consistent messaging and innovative initiatives across all platforms.

Content Management Strategies:

  • Lead the development of high-quality content, including press releases, blogs, social media posts, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with regional team strategies.
  • Plan, develop, and localize content for company websites, blogs, case studies, and press releases to effectively engage target audiences.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor the MarComms team, providing strategic guidance and fostering professional development.
  • Offer advice on leveraging social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote a positive company culture and enhance candidate submissions.
  • Represent the Thai team in discussions with the regional team on branding, public relations, and social media strategies.

Performance Tracking:

  • Regularly track and report on the outcomes of various marketing and communications initiatives to assess effectiveness, suggest improvements, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Recruitment Branding:

  • Collaborate with HR on recruitment branding initiatives and content development to attract top talent to the organization.

Reporting and Mentoring:

  • Directly report to the Managing Director and provide regular updates on MarComms activities and outcomes.
  • Mentor team members in career development and skill enhancement, promoting professional growth and expertise within the team.

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proficient in both Thai and English interpersonal communication skills: verbal, written and journalistic. 
  • Has a strong relationship with Press, Journalist and Media
  • Proven 5+ years experience in PR and marketing communications, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, brand management, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and managing media relations.
  • Understanding of universal culture and nature, as well as having international corporate vibes because working with the regional side. 
  • Capable of presenting ideas and strategies clearly and confidently to both internal teams and external audiences.
