In this role, you will work closely with the different roles within Publisher Growth team through providing operational support, platform management, data analysis and performance optimization. Come join us if you're highly interested in the programmatic advertising industry!  

What You'll Do

  • Deliver analysis and adopt solutions on revenue maximization
  • Monitor the delivery of campaigns (including branding and performance), and optimize towards KPIs
  • Apply quantitative techniques to drive yield optimization with multiple demands, SSP, DSP, ad servers, exchanges, Private Marketplace (PMP), etc.
  • Explore revenue opportunities with Product and Engineering teams
  • Communicate with publishers/App Developers and maintain a high efficiency of workflows
  • Work closely with the Publisher Engagement team and Product team to provide customized recommendations for publishers in each market
  • Apply new technologies and solutions to help publishers/App developers further grow their business and improve their inventory's quality
  • Keep up to date with industry research figures and new technology knowledge

Who You Are                             

  • Digital advertising knowledge of display advertising and programmatic ecosystem is required
  • A keen desire to grow knowledge of how AdTech works behind the scenes
  • An analytical mind-set and methodical approach to working with data sets
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple high-priority tasks at the same time
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, with good sense of responsibility
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • A team player and have the ability to communicate effectively
  • Independent, self-motivated and a quick learner

Nice to Have Skills  

  • Experience with Google Ad Manager is highly preferred
  • Experience in the AdTech industry is a plus, especially in the publisher world like websites, apps, games
  • Logical, data-oriented, and tech-driven
  • Operational-savvy
