At AnyMind Group, Account Manager upscale existing businesses and manage clients' digital strategies to improve client awareness and achieve their digital marketing goals. As an Account Manager will manage a few teams and connect cross departments. 

What You'll Do

  • Scale up business for existing clients in order to achieve the monthly target by providing another service and product of AnyMind Group
  • Strengthen the communication with clients related to the marketing brief and expectations - collaborate with each department related to an ongoing project with the purpose of controlling the progress, identifying the issues, and making sure the project went as expected
  • Lead the conversation related to resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes with related departments
  • Lead the conversation related to  clients' complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures
  • Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs and to have a long-term relationship.
  • Understand the campaign's report and be able to present it to the client, if necessary
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, services, and trends in digital, which is useful for discussing with clients and providing the best suggestions
  • Seeing the competitor's client (brand) movement as an insight for winning campaigns for clients
  • Keep update with Department Head such progress, insight, issues and etc and make sure both parties understand. 


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any background
  • Good command of English
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Advertising industry along with 2+ years of experience managing team
  • Well experience in Paid Media and Influencer projects. Has experience handling performance campaign and Influencer would be advantage
  • Teamwork attitude. Used to work with a cross Department with strong communication skills and problem solver.
  • Strong negotiation skills, commitment, integrity, and always improve for self & team development.
  • Possesses in time management skills and attention to detail
