Their flagship app, “Tra cứu phạt nguội toàn quốc” with over 2 million downloads and website Phatnguoi.com, enables users to conveniently check traffic violations involving cars, motorbikes, and electric vehicles based on Vietnam’s traffic laws. Despite its strong market presence, S3 Tech faced challenges with underperforming in-app & web advertising revenue, mainly due to reliance on a single ad network via AdMob mediation.
