AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced the launch of AnyAI OMO, an AI agent-powered platform that helps brands connect online marketing activity with offline retail sales performance.

Built on AnyMind’s data and AI utilization platform, AnyAI, the new platform analyzes online campaigns, social media signals, in-store sales data and retail activity to visualize online-to-offline sales impact and recommend actions across marketing, inventory, store operations and sales channel expansion.

As social media, digital advertising and e-commerce become increasingly connected to physical retail, brands continue to face challenges in understanding how online initiatives influence offline sales. Campaign performance, retail sales, store-level activity and promotional data are often managed separately, making it difficult for teams to measure the spillover effects of online activity on in-store purchasing behavior. As an early use case, AnyAI OMO has been implemented in Japan for U.S.-based skincare brand, Advanced Clinicals. Advanced Clinicals faced challenges in understanding how online marketing activities, such as social media promotions, translated into sales across regions and physical stores. Through AnyAI OMO, the brand compared and analyzed TikTok viewership trends, shipment volumes across e-commerce channels and delivery records to physical stores over time. The analysis indicated a relationship between online buzz and product-specific in-store purchasing behavior, leading to a month-on-month increase of approximately 1.5x in combined sales across target stores.
