AnyMind Group completes acquisition of Sun Smile

AnyMind Group [TSE:5027], a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of all shares of Sun Smile Inc. Sun Smile is a Japan-based distributor and brand developer specializing in the beauty and cosmetics industry. This acquisition follows the resolution announced on December 18, 2025, and all closing procedures were completed on January 1, 2026.

Moving forward, AnyMind Group’s overseas and domestic customers can tap into a nationwide offline distribution network in Japan. By integrating the customer bases, distribution networks, technology and data capabilities, and operational expertise of both companies, AnyMind Group looks to accelerate the development of an O2O model spanning social media, digital commerce and offline retail, enabling enterprises with optimized and connected demand creation and brand growth across all sales channels.
