Social Commerce Executive, D2C

The Social Commerce Executive drives revenue through data-driven social commerce and influencer affiliate strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Tiki. The role manages end-to-end campaign execution, working closely with brands, KOLs/KOCs, affiliate partners, and internal teams to achieve performance targets. Strong focus on analytics, KPI tracking, and relationship building ensures effective, scalable campaign growth.

What You Will Do

  • Develop strategies and makes in-depth recommendations based on a strong grasp of analytics, eCommerce Affiliate marketing & Influencers Affiliate Campaign
  • Manages the daily workflow of all client campaigns, and works with various internal and external stakeholders, including Ecommerce Retailers (Shopee, Tiki, Lazada), Social Commerce Channel (TikTok) and Affiliate Publishers to deliver campaign objectives.
  • Be aware of opportunities to drive revenue streams from existing relationships and leverage cases from existing relationships to create new relationships.
  • Monitor sales trends and evaluate forecasts through an analysis of key performance indicators (KPI), prepare reports, and share the results with the central planning and the e-commerce corporate team.
  • Work closely with the KOLs/KOCs team on commercial/incentive planning, and operation. Especially, Client stakeholders within the brand marketing team and brand ecommerce champions to ensure brand consistency.
  • Research and identify relevant KOLs/KOCs across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating terms and contracts for campaigns.
  • Coordinate content creation by influencers, ensure timely content creation, adherence to posting schedules, and compliance with brand guidelines and collaboration terms and agreements.
  • Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines
  • Review content produced by KOLs/KOCs to ensure adherence to posting schedules and brand requirements.

Who You Are

  • A recognized university degree
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
  • Minimum of 1-2 year of experience as KOL/KOC management role in a digital marketing agency, especially in an account executive, social media role.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media, or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of KOL/KOC scouting and influencer platforms.
  • Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Very willing to learn every day, easy to manage and highly collaborative.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
