[INTERNSHIP] E-commerce Operations

This internship offers a valuable opportunity for a business-minded student to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce shop operations and campaign management. The intern will directly support the shop operation executive/manager by assisting with crucial tasks such as voucher creation, price adjustments, banner uploads, and data-driven reporting. This role demands proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills, along with excellent communication and a proactive learning attitude. Ideal candidates will be students from Business Administration, Economics, or related fields, eager to contribute to the efficient operation of an online shop and develop practical skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist shop operational execution and manage in term of campaign management
• Create voucher , price setting, upload banner in shop
• Support administration tasks
• Reporting : export data and input in main tracker

Who You Are

• Student from Faculty of Business Administration, Economics or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Fast Learner and willingness to learn new things
