Senior Executive, Strategic Planning (D2C and EC Enablement Business)

AnyMind Thailand is a forward-thinking company at the forefront of affiliate marketing innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive, Strategic Planning to join our team and lead the development of strategic initiatives that drive growth and success in affiliate marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do 

• Develop end-to-end lower funnel strategies covering traffic quality, conversion levers, and purchase acceleration
• Translate business objectives into actionable performance strategies across e-commerce platforms, paid media, affiliates, and live commerce
• Analyze performance data (GMV, ROAS, CVR, CTOR, CPA) to identify gaps and optimization opportunities
• Build insights from historical data, campaigns, and competitor benchmarks
• Work closely with media, creative, live, affiliate, and operations teams to ensure strategy alignment and execution excellence
• Support pitching and proposal development with strong lower funnel rationale
• Prepare clear, insight-driven reports and presentations for internal/external teams and clients

Who You Are

• Have 3 years experience of Experience working with e-commerce platforms, paid media, affiliates, or live commerce is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, ownership-driven, leadership and able to work independently
• Structured thinking, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
• Strong presentation/communication skill is a MUST
• Good command and fluent in Thai and English
