Senior Executive, Business Development (Agency Client)

AnyMind Thailand is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in influencer marketing and media solutions. We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Executive, Business Development to join our team and drive success in influencer marketing campaigns.

 

What You'll Do

  • In charge to be PIC of advertising or digital agency clients
  • Planning project timelines for assigned digital marketing campaigns
  • Connect with clients to fully understand client's expectation and lead team to execute and achieved optimal business results
  • Understanding each project requirements and execute for optimal business results
  • Liaise with relevant department to acquire supports for growing client's business and fulfil contract compliances
  • Monitor campaign performance, look out for potential problems, work on solution to prevent, and stand by to resolve problems (sometimes during weekend)
  • Consolidate reports and customized accordingly to client's requirement with key findings and meaningful recommendations
  • Acquiring relevant data and insights for evaluating account's performance and setting digital marketing direction
  • Coordinate with 3rd parties to fulfil contract compliance
  • Able to upselling once understand client's expectation and see business area to grow up

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in using AI for work is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a business development or account management role within a global digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital strategy, and advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

 

Where Are Challenges

  • Agency Client Management: Serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction for demanding advertising and digital agency clients.
  • Campaign Timeline Management: Effectively planning and executing complex digital marketing campaigns within strict deadlines.
  • Performance Optimization & Problem Solving: Proactively monitoring campaigns, resolving issues (including potential weekend work), and delivering optimal business results.
  • Data-Driven Reporting & Strategy: Consolidating client reports, extracting key insights, and shaping digital marketing directions based on data.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & 3rd Party Liaison: Effectively collaborating with internal departments and external partners to fulfill contractual obligations.
  • Upselling & Business Growth: Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand client relationships and drive business growth.
