Internship, Logistic & Warehousing (Kota Damansara)

As our Logistics and Warehousing Intern, you will get direct, hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of supply chain operations. You will work closely with our operations team to manage inventory, streamline order fulfillment, and ensure that our products reach our customers accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations, comprehensively executing the receiving, sorting, inspecting, and shelving of incoming stock.
• Support the operations team with the end-to-end fulfillment process, meticulously picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for daily dispatch.
• Update and maintain highly accurate inventory records utilizing Warehouse Management System (WMS) and spreadsheet tools.
• Coordinate seamlessly with third-party logistics partners and couriers to guarantee timely order pickups and closely track deliveries.
• Assist in executing regular stock takes and cycle counts, proactively investigating and resolving minor inventory discrepancies.
• Uphold a clean, highly organized, and uncompromisingly safe warehouse environment to drive overall operational excellence.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a strictly related academic field.
• Demonstrating a strong, proactive interest in e-commerce fulfillment, advanced logistics, and behind-the-scenes business operations.
• Highly organized and deeply detail-oriented, with a natural comfort for working in an active, hands-on, and fast-paced physical environment.
• Familiar with fundamental Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
