As a Senior Business Development Executive professional in our Mobile Marketing team, you will be a key driver in bringing our cutting-edge POKKT offerings to the forefront of the advertising industry. You will partner directly with media agencies, empowering them to Excite Consumers Together through innovative mobile and in-game advertising solutions. If you are a natural relationship builder with a strong grasp of media buying who thrives on hitting revenue targets, this is your stage.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Revenue Growth & Portfolio Ownership: Actively manage and expand your agency portfolio, taking full end-to-end accountability for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual Revenue and Gross Profit (GP) KPIs. You will cultivate long-term, high-value partnerships while aggressively building a pipeline of new agency prospects.
  • Consultative Sales & Pitch Mastery: Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing. You will deliver high-impact, tailored presentations that translate complex client challenges into compelling, ROI-driven solutions using POKKT’s mobile and in-game advertising portfolio
  • Strategic Market Analysis & Upselling: Proactively analyze market trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing shifts. Use these insights to identify new growth verticals, craft creative campaign strategies, and unlock consistent upsell opportunities that add measurable value to your clients.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Excellence: Act as the primary bridge between our agency partners and internal operations teams to ensure flawless execution and data-driven client satisfaction.

Who You Are

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a deep understanding of the media agency landscape and digital marketing trends.
  • Proven problem-Solving skills with the ability to structure complex client needs into logical, value-driven solutions.
  • High degree of ownership and grit, demonstrating the resilience to navigate ambiguity and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Highly communicative with excellent networking and relationship-maintenance skills. 
  • Excellent in English communication to collaborate smoothly across our regional teams and with multinational agencies.
