Deputy Head of Self Serve Platform

The Deputy Head of Self Serve Platform will be responsible for leading and growing the Self Serve Platform business unit within the company. This role will require a deep understanding of digital media and ad format types, particularly TikTok, as well as experience in working with a tech team on product development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams of at least 10 people and experience running a call center, and also have the project owner mindset. Entrepreneurial experience working in a startup will be highly valued.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Self Serve Platform business unit
• Be the first member of the Self Serve Platform business unit
• Lead and manage a team of at least 10 staff, providing guidance and mentorship (in the future)
• Work closely with the tech team to develop and improve the Self Serve Platform product
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Self Serve Platform business unit, including customer service and sales
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the Self Serve Platform business unit
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital media and ad formats

Who You Are

• Excellent communication skill in English 
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience working in a tech platform customer service team
• 3+ years of experience managing teams of at least 10 people
• Experience in Digital Media will be highly considered
• Have experience for self-build the new business
• Proven track record of success in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
• Deep understanding of TikTok and other digital ad formats
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiar the multicultural environment
• Highly energetic and self-motivated
• Quick learner
• Can work under pressure
