Business Development Manager (Agency Clients)

As a Business Development Manager at AnyMind Thailand, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, primarily focusing on agency accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored digital marketing strategies, and drive revenue growth.

 

What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, particularly agencies.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

 

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and pitches to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

 

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on influencer marketing.
  • Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization and future strategies.

 

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve their goals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress.

 

Communication and Reporting:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports on campaign performance and business development activities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

 

Who You Are

  • At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Deep understanding of influencer marketing, digital strategy, and advertising.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English.
