Account Management Executive, Cross-Border E-Commerce

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Management Executive to oversee client accounts across global platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. In this role, you will cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their success and satisfaction, managing platform operations, and reporting on performance metrics. You will also collaborate with teams in Japan and Southeast Asia to propose operational solutions for new brands. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain robust, long-term client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Manage client's accounts of international E-Commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Identify opportunities to expand client accounts through upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth for international E-Commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting achievements and recommending optimization strategies.
• Collaborate closely with sales members and cross functional team in Japan and Southeast Asia to achieve client objectives.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of account management experience in the E-Commerce industry
• Platform management experience with international E-Commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc
• Proficiently in English
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels
• Daily conversational level of Japanese is a plus
