Business Development, Influencer Marketing (Japanese, English/Mandarin)

As the Business Development, Influencer Marketing, you will play an essential role in driving the business growth in a regional scope aligned with AnyMind’s mission and vision.
You will work closely with the Regional Business Development team lead by CCO and co-founder, and local team in Taiwan, being responsible for leading the entire sales process, developing strategic marketing initiatives to maximize our revenue growth opportunities with Japanese brands based in Taiwan. 

What You'll Do

  • Leverage market insights and industry trends to identify and target the Japanese brands operating in Taiwan for business development opportunities.
  • Lead the sales process from pitch to closing, ensuring successful acquisition of new clients.
  • Consistently meet individual and team targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Plan, execute and handle strategic marketing proposals tailored to the needs of Japanese brands based in Taiwan as well as cross border marketing campaigns.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Work closely with the headquarters team and local teams as well external partners such as agencies to drive business development initiatives and revenue growth.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Tech industry
  • Strong result-oriented mindset as well as proven ability to meet sales target by strategizing and implementing successful business plans
  • Strong planning and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Native Japanese speaker with business proficiency in English or Mandarin Chinese
