Business Development Manager (Agency Business, Global clients)

As a Business Development Manager, you will be a key player in driving our growth in D2C-commerce Enablement team focusing on the implementation of innovative sales strategy and marketing including generating new networks with the global digital marketing agency companies in Thailand market. You will be responsible for managing the team of 2 people and direct report Regional Head of D2C-commerce Enablement in AnyMind Thailand.


What You'll Do

  • Target and acquire new agency clients through effective prospecting and relationship-building
  • Lead initiatives to expand our market presence of JP agency business in Thailand, driving incremental revenue from new agency clients
  • Identify and pursue sales leads, ensuring a strong pipeline for business growth
  • Create sale strategies to successfully reach new client opportunities
  • Analyze the needs of agency clients, understanding their challenges and objectives
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team
  • Present innovative advertising solutions, demonstrating how AnyMind can elevate the effectiveness of agency campaigns
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Manage and forecast sales plan according to targets and accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of business development/sales experience working in a global digital marketing agency, especially in Japanese agency
  • Strong experience in selling influencer marketing and online digital advertising
  • Proven track record of successful hitting sales target and KPIs
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in team management
  • Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
  • Energetic and able to work under pressure
