Senior Executive, Creative Producer (Live Commerce)

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Executive, Creative Producer to lead the development and execution of engaging live streaming experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for directing and controlling live streams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving successful sales outcomes.

What You'll Do

Live Stream Production:

• Direct and control all aspects of live streaming productions.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to understand client briefs and translate them into compelling live stream concepts.
• Develop engaging scripts and creative concepts for live streams.
• Prepare proposals, concept details, sales methods, and conduct emcee searches.
• Collaborate with the graphics team to create visually appealing graphics and live elements.
• Optimize live stream performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Plan and shoot promotional clips for live streams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live streams to ensure high-quality broadcasts.

Business Development & Strategy:

• Understand customer needs and develop innovative live commerce solutions.
• Effectively communicate creative concepts and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for live commerce growth.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Graphics, and Operations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in live stream production.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in live commerce production.
• Experience in home shopping is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to develop and execute creative concepts for live streams.
• Strong understanding of the production process, including scripting, shooting, and editing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, commitment to achieving goals, and a passion for live commerce.
• Proficiency in time management and multitasking.
