Senior Creator Engagement

We're looking for "Senior Creator Engagement" to acquire the potential social media creators in Thailand to partner with AnyMind Creator Network.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for scout and approach to potential artist and creators (YouTuber) in the market to help services their back end and development
• Be able to analyze basic social media to determine its performance and forecast year end growth
• Be able to project/forecast revenue income for each influencer we approach to expect in return in long-run
• Collaborate with other teams in order to approach the suitable artist and creators and signing deals
• Responsible for documentation in relate with your own project of influencer deals
• Responsible for any ad hoc projects in relating with your primary task.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree 1 years of experience working in music, artist management, sales, headhunter or related preferable
• Experience in using all social media, especially YouTube and Facebook
• Understand Influencer industry and content industry
• Up to trends, viral and latest news on any Social medias
• Having good service mind, experience or feel comfortable in communicating/negotiating with clients in order to maintain positive relationship
• Cheerful, self-initiative, good team player and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, solving problem in professional manners
• Good communication skills in both English and Thai
