As we continue expanding our global e-commerce business, we’re looking for a results-driven TikTok Store Manager to lead operations and drive performance across the China and Southeast Asia markets. In this role, you’ll take ownership of store growth, campaign planning, and cross-border coordination, playing a key part in scaling success across diverse regions.

What You'll Do

  • Multi-Market Store Management: Oversee daily operations of TikTok Stores across China and SEA, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and logistics.
  • Sales Strategy & Campaign Execution: Plan and execute regional sales campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations to drive traffic and conversions, including live stream sales campaigns through AnyLive.
  • Cross-Border Coordination: Collaborate with sales, account management, and supply chain teams across markets to ensure smooth operations and localized strategies.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor analytics and campaign data to identify trends, improve store performance, and increase customer engagement.
  • Platform Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithms, and commerce rules (TikTok, Douyin, Kuaishou), and translate insights into content, product, and promotional strategies.
  • Report directly to: Head of AnyLive & Global E-Commerce.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, managing e-commerce operations on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or similar, ideally across both China and Southeast Asia.
  • Proven success in driving online sales, optimizing pricing strategies, and managing digital storefronts.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop backend systems, campaign mechanics, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Excellent analytical skills to track sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
