Strategic Business Initiative Manager

The Strategic Business Initiative Manager will serve as the key connector between internal teams, KOLs, and clients to ensure smooth collaboration, effective implementation, and continued innovation. This role will focus on developing processes, aligning benchmarks, and driving platform solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity across teams. The PIC will also explore and integrate marketing tools while maintaining a structured approach to case studies, reporting, and departmental synergy.

 

What You'll Do

Collaboration Management

  • Drive smooth and effective collaboration within the organization by optimizing internal processes and communication flows.
  • Act as a central coordinator to ensure all teams work efficiently and towards shared objectives.
  • Position AnyMind as the preferred partner for both KOLs and clients by maximizing the value and benefits they receive from our services.
  • Develop initiatives that make the team a key focal point for innovation and relationship management within the influencer marketing ecosystem.

 

Case Studies and Benchmarking

  • Conduct and present case studies on a monthly basis to showcase impactful projects, results, and learnings.
  • Announce and publish industry and internal benchmarks on a quarterly basis to align performance standards.

Report Implementation

  • Monitor and ensure the smooth implementation of reporting processes across all departments.
  • Identify and address challenges in workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.

Innovation and Solution Platform Development

  • Spearhead platform development initiatives starting with AnyTag, the core KOLs platform.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to collect feedback and propose solutions for platform enhancements.

Integration & Cross-Department Synergy

  • Facilitate service exchange between IMDM and other departments, ensuring we leverage cross-department expertise to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Strategically sell IMDM services to other departments and enable them to offer their solutions back to our clients, creating a win-win collaboration.
  • Act as the central hub for knowledge sharing, ensuring IMDM is equipped to apply and implement strategies, tools, and services from across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of synergy, where IMDM serves as a center of learning and collaboration, driving business growth and stronger client relationships.

Marketing Tools Exploration

  • Research, evaluate, and implement marketing tools starting with Mandala Analytics and Zocial Eye.
  • Provide recommendations and training on tool utilization to optimize team workflows

 

Who You Are

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in project management, influencer marketing, or cross-functional collaboration roles.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop, manage, and execute initiatives that align with long-term goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze processes, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with influencer platforms (e.g., AnyTag) and marketing tools like Mandala Analytics and Zocial Eye.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday).

Soft Skills

  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams and departments.
  • Proactive Attitude: Ability to take ownership, prioritize tasks, and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures quality, accuracy, and consistency in deliverables.
