Senior Executive, Ads Optimization (D2C & EC Enablement, Affiliate Business)

As a Senior Executive, Ads Optimization at AnyMind Group, you will be responsible for the successful execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Lazada, Shopee, etc.). You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver high-performing campaigns that meet client objectives and drive measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Set up and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance closely to ensure compliance with contracts and identify areas for optimization.
• Analyze campaign data to identify key insights and optimize campaign delivery for maximum ROI.
• Prepare comprehensive campaign reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), insights, and recommendations for clients.
• Build and maintain client dashboards in Looker Studio, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Engineering teams to resolve creative issues, pacing deficiencies, and client concerns.
• Conduct client meetings to present campaign performance, provide media strategy recommendations, and address client needs.
• Build strong client relationships and position AnyMind Group's expertise to drive account growth.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent command of both English and Thai
• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising agencies or adtech companies
• Proven experience in direct client communication and relationship building
• Strong experience in setting up and managing online advertising campaigns for clients
• In-depth knowledge of various ad platforms, including LookerStudio, DSPs, SSPs, ad networks, ad exchanges, DV360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
• Practical skills in search, display, social, and video advertising tools
