We are looking for a Human Resources Administration and Operations Specialist with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support the human resources administration and operations work of our teams in mainland China and Hong Kong. This position will cover the full employee lifecycle management, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and improve the efficiency of HR processes.
What You'll Do
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interview arrangements, and onboarding procedures.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and personal data in accordance with local regulations.
- Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and related procedures.
Compliance and Document Management:
- Ensure that HR policies and processes comply with labor law requirements in mainland China and Hong Kong.
- Prepare, file, and manage employee-related documents, including contracts, visa applications, and tax records.
Compensation and Benefits Management:
- Support payroll processing, including organizing attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Assist in managing employee benefits and social insurance. Resources Operations
Talent Management: - Assist in performance evaluation processes and the implementation of training plans.
- Maintain HR systems and employee data management tools.
Event Coordination:
- Organize employee activities, team building, and training programs.
Administrative Management - Daily Operations Management:
- Responsible for daily administrative work in the office, including procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Arrange employee travel and expense management.
Cross-Regional Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between the mainland China and Hong Kong teams to optimize HR and operational processes.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources and administrative management, with preference given to those with work experience in mainland China and Hong Kong.
- Familiarity with labor laws and policies in mainland China and Hong Kong.
- Proficient in HR systems and related software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is preferred.
