Finance Intern, Finance

As a Finance Intern, you will assist with key financial tasks such as reconciling e-commerce revenue, tracking accounts receivable, and processing invoices using systems like Viettel and NetSuite. You will also support payment processing, VAT reporting, and provide assistance in financial analysis and inventory tracking as needed.

What You Will Do

• Reconcile revenue in E-commerce
• Prepare data to proceed with issuing invoices in Viettel/Netsuite system
• Follow up AR and cash in for each data/platform issued
• Input accounting data into the NetSuite system
• Track costs and update payment for each project
• Review the report purchasing goods with PIC
• Support the payment processing team for inbound/outbound
• Support to prepare monthly VAT reports in e-commercial to submit to the tax authorities on time
• Assist with the monthly tracking of our physical inventory/assets
• Support monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management (if required)
• Other tasks assign by FM

Who You Are

• A recognized university degree in Finance & Accounting 
• Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn
• Be experienced in ERP, Accounting Systems (an advantage)
• Good at Microsoft Word, Excel.. is a must 
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn
• Attention to detail, the ability to multitask
• Be able to commit to work full time at least 3 months
