Regional Talent Acquisition Executive - Singapore

Role Responsibilities:

Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our Singapore office while operating out of our Malaysia office. You will collaborate closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles in our Singapore office.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Candidate Management:

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with hiring managers in Singapore to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Partner with the HR team to align recruitment activities with organizational goals and initiatives.

Recruitment Administration:

  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and insights to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to advise on recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and provide recommendations on compensation packages.

Role Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Fresh Graduate welcomed to apply)
  • A human resources practitioner with good interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect people regarding all HR matters.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Attentive listener, understanding, empathetic and personable.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any other related courses.
  • Honest, ethical and dependable.
  • Positive and go-getter attitude.
