We’ve closed 2023 with a bang! To reflect on a year of hard work and dedication, our Vietnam office organized its annual year-end party – an eagerly anticipated event where over 200 people joined the celebrations in Ho Chi Minh City. This was not only an opportunity to review the achievements of the year that passed but also to show gratitude for the team’s contribution over the past year. This year’s Year-End Party was themed: “Own your spotlight,” where each member was given the opportunity to shine in their own unique way.
After an energetic opening performance, our Vietnam members posed questions to Kosuke Sogo and Otohiko Kozutsumi, CEO and CCO, and co-founders, of AnyMind Group. Eager members questioned AnyMind’s founders to better understand the company’s plans and goals for 2024 and beyond.
In addition, departments had to collaborate and come up with performances, with many showcasing their hidden talents and creativity through a range of fantastic performances, from humorous acts to dynamic choreography and resonant vocals. Each team, with its unique colors, contributed to making the party lively and full of energy.
A highlight of the Year-End Party was the lucky draw that had attractive and practical prizes. Upon arrival at the party, each member received a bracelet with a lucky number, corresponding to their chance to win a prize. The game not only brought joy and excitement to everyone but also provided surprises and special memories. In addition to the lucky draw, members eagerly participated in voting for the King & Queen of the night to identify the most well-dressed and/or unique candidates at the party.
The Year-End Party was also an occasion to honor the outstanding work, departments, and individuals of the past year. The awards not only recognized the contributions of the members but also served as motivation for everyone in the upcoming year.
