Announcement from AnyMind (Thailand) and affiliate companies

AnyMind (Thailand) Limited (“AnyMind, Company”) would like to alert the public that we have identified malicious individuals and/or groups impersonating the Company by unlawfully using the Company’s name and/or logo to deceive the public into conducting unauthorized transactions.

Our investigation indicates that such fraudulent activities are being carried out through digital channels, particularly fake LINE groups, including but not limited to groups named “Siriprapa Partner Line Service Center” and other similar groups. These groups falsely claim to represent the Company and attempt to solicit payments or induce individuals to engage in illegitimate transactions.

We hereby clarify that:

• Such LINE groups, individuals, and/or criminal networks have no affiliation whatsoever with AnyMind or any of its affiliated companies
• Any claims or requests relating to personal income tax, duties, service fees, or any other payments made through these channels are false, unauthorized, and fraudulent.

The public is strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and refrain from engaging in any transactions with any person or channel claiming to represent the Company without proper verification.

Please note that:

• AnyMind and its affiliated companies do not request or collect any payments through LINE groups or any unofficial communication channels.

Reservation of Rights

The Company hereby reserves all rights to take legal action against any individual or group engaging in the following acts:

• Impersonating the Company, including unauthorized use of its name, trademark, or related information;
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, causing damage, or harming the reputation of the Company;
• Participating in or supporting any such unlawful schemes.

The Company will pursue all available legal remedies, both civil and criminal, to the fullest extent permitted by law, without exception, in order to protect its rights, reputation, and legitimate interests, as well as those of affected parties.
