Business Development Manager, Digital Marketing (Cross-borador Solution)

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at AnyMind Hong Kong Office, Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our potential client base in China Market. You will be responsible for overseeing the advertising sales activities and implementing strategies to achieve them.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives
  • Approach new agency partners and direct clients using a variety of methods, including but not limited to cold calling, leveraging referrals, and engaging in online networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for strategic initiatives and issue resolution
  • Commit to achieving the monthly targets set for sales gross profit and the specified quantity of new clients required per month
  • Responsible for the pitching decks or media proposals, following up on campaigns, contributing to product development, and participating in ad-hoc project integration
  • Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and client segments to drive revenue growth
  • Stay informed about industry developments, client needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market

 

Who You Are

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadline
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is plus
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel to Mainland China for meeting clients
