AnyMind Group [TSE:5027], a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2024. Please see below for some highlights pertaining to the company’s Q2 2024 earnings disclosure.
- Revenue rose 55% year-on-year (YoY) to ¥12 billion, gross profit increased by 50% YoY to ¥4.5 billion
- Operating income rose by ¥445 million YoY to ¥615 million; Adjusted EBITDA increased ¥529 million to ¥968 million
- Gross profit in the company’s three main business units remained steady: Marketing Platforms (+26% YoY to ¥1.9 billion), Partner Growth Platforms (+83% YoY to ¥1.7 billion), and D2C and E-Commerce Platforms (+71% YoY to ¥825 million)
- The company’s Q2 2024 revenue make up comprises of Southeast Asia (51%), Japan and Korea (34%) and India and Greater China (15%)
- The company has also announced an upward revision to its full-year earnings forecast previously announced in February 2024. This includes:
- A revenue forecast increase of ¥3.6 billion (+8%) to ¥49.1 billion
- A gross profit forecast increase of ¥1.8 billion (+11%) to ¥18.3 billion
- An operating profit forecast increase of ¥700 million (+56%) to ¥1.95 billion
- A net income attributable to owners of parent forecast increase of ¥612 million (+83%) to ¥1.35 billion
