AnyMind Group’s AnyX extends capabilities to Qoo10

The e-commerce management platform’s new integration extends ease in cross-border e-commerce store management across major e-commerce platforms

AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced that its e-commerce management platform, AnyX, is now integrated with e-commerce platform, Qoo10.

Qoo10 is a widely used e-commerce platform in the Asian market, particularly in Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, and caters to a broad, global consumer base. The platform retails products such as personal care, sports apparel, consumer electronics, home furnishing, food, toys, and other consumer products.

With this integration, merchants and online sellers can now manage sales and marketing effectiveness across channels, products and geographies, including Qoo10, alongside existing integrations with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Rakuten, Yahoo! Shopping, and Shopify.

AnyX users can also automate centralized management of order and product information, real-time sales data analysis, and seamless integration with AnyLogi, facilitating efficient order management and tracking number automation based on delivery status. Advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, amongst others, also enable users to easily derive return on ad spend (ROAS), whilst CRM functionality within AnyX allows for customer engagement through platforms such as Instagram direct messenger, Messenger, WhatsApp, LINE, Lazada chat and Shopee chat through the AnyChat integration.
