The appointments come at a time where the company looks to expand its portfolio of products and features for business intelligence, cloud manufacturing, e-commerce, marketing and logistics.

Kosuke Sogo, CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group said: “These appointments bolster two important aspects of our business: tech and staff. We’re delighted to have found unique leaders that can only add on to our wider management team, and they match what we’re looking for at this stage of our growth and evolution. Since the start, we have been consistently developing new products and business models, both horizontally and vertically, to constantly bring new value to our customers, and we’re keen on accelerating this development.”

Takehiko Mizutani joins AnyMind Group with over two decades of experience in human resources. As Managing Director of Human Resources for AnyMind Group, he is responsible for the human resource function across AnyMind Group’s 13 markets and over 800 staff, with a focus on HR strategy, policies and initiatives on organization-wide and local market levels, and drive sustainable organizational growth for the company.

Mizutani shared: “We’re looking to take AnyMind Group up another level, and believe that it is important to further grow our organizational capabilities to become a key driving force in the future. Strategy can be imitated easily, but organizational capabilities and culture cannot. With this belief strongly in mind, we will continue to build structures that support everyone’s growth throughout the company.”

On her appointment, Jain said: “AnyMind’s product suite has scaled great heights starting with digital marketing and now spreading wings in eCommerce management, logistics, cloud manufacturing and also business intelligence tools in a short span of 5 years. Fascinating! and I am looking forward to contributing to this ambitious growth of adding unmatched value to our clients.”

Koki Shibata joined AnyMind Group in 2019 as a full-stack engineer and was promoted to Head of Engineering in January 2021. He previously held engineering roles in OPT, Inc. and Works Applications. In his new role as Managing Director of Engineering, Shibata is responsible for overseeing the rapid development and deployment of new products and features and managing AnyMind Group’s engineers situated across AnyMind Group’s engineering hubs in Japan, Vietnam, Thailand and India.
