The AnyMind Traineeship Program 2026 is designed for final-year students and fresh graduates (0–1 year of experience) who are eager to start their careers in the digital marketing and commerce industry.

We are looking for candidates who:
- Final-year students and fresh graduates (0–1 year of experience)
- Major in Marketing, Communication, Business, E-commerce, or related fields
- Available to work full-time in Ho Chi Minh City from May 2026
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong team players with good communication skills
- Have an interest in digital marketing, technology, and the creator economy

Strategic Planning Trainee
Support the team in developing data-driven marketing strategies that align with clients’ marketing and business objectives across digital, social, and influencer channels. Working closely with the Strategic Planning Manager, you will conduct market and consumer research, analyze digital insights, and help transform data and client inputs into strategic recommendations.
Influencer Management Trainee
Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns. From researching influencers to tracking performance and managing creators, you will learn how brands collaborate with the right creators.
Business Development Trainee – Influencer Marketing
Support client prospecting, market research, and sales pipeline development while learning how brands leverage creators to reach audiences effectively. You will also collaborate with internal teams to help develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign proposals tailored to client objectives.
Account Management Trainee – Influencer Marketing
Support the team in managing influencer marketing campaigns for brands from planning to delivery. In this role, you will assist in preparing client briefs and proposals, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring projects run smoothly and on schedule. You will also help manage timelines, track campaign progress, and work with external partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality outputs for clients.
