We are seeking a strategic marketer with a creative edge, blending data-driven analysis (market trends, audience insights) with compelling storytelling to craft high-impact campaigns for Xiaohongshu (RED).

 

What You'll Do

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies for brands on Xiaohongshu (RED) platform based on market trends and consumer insights, delivering comprehensive execution plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, deep-dive into product USPs, and create compelling campaign concepts aligned with project objectives.
  • Conduct market/competitive analysis and consumer research to identify target demographics with precision, extracting key communication insights.
  • Accurately conveyed brand messaging through creative content to maximize campaign impact.
  • Assist in client pitches, effectively communicating strategic visions and creative solutions.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chinese, Communications, Advertising or related fields. 4A advertising agency experience preferred.
  • Keen market awareness with ability to identify product opportunities and formulate effective marketing approaches.
  • Strong analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Passion for marketing innovation, strategic mindset, exceptional copywriting skills, and proficiency in high-quality presentation development.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to inspire creative teamwork and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
