Key Account Manager (E-Commerce and Social Commerce)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Manager, Key Account Management (E-commerce and  Social Commerce) to join our team and foster strong relationships with our valued clients.

 

What You'll Do

1. Relationship Management:

    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs, queries, and concerns promptly and effectively. 
    • Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving business needs and objectives.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and resolution of client issues.

2. Account Growth and Retention:

    • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional products/services.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
    • Analyze account performance metrics and develop action plans to address any areas of concern.
    • Proactively anticipate potential risks to client relationships and implement mitigation strategies.

3. Strategic Planning:

    • Work closely with the clients t to develop key account strategies aligned with their objectives.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth within key accounts.
    • Develop comprehensive account plans outlining objectives, strategies, and tactics for each key account.

4. Team Performance

    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Monitor individual and team performance metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
    • Facilitate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews to assess progress towards goals

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4 years experience as Key Account Management or related field
  • Experience in client-facing and developing marketing campaign 
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Professional certification
