Creator Development Manager

What You Will Do

1. Performance analysis

• Track and analyze monthly performance of creator's YouTube channels, thereby giving insight and recommendation on content strategy for creators
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to drive channel growth and user engagement, and develop data-driven recommendations
• Make a monthly report to monitor how the channel/page is performing for the top active creators on TikTok and Facebook
• Do an audit report to evaluate the current situation of the channel before collaborating for new creators joining MCN network
• Tracking daily data CMS to update the team's revenue and profit for KPI control
• Supporting teams in the presentation of data. Be able to make large and/or complex data more understandable and usable.

1. CMS and Youtube Studio issue

• Check CMS daily to promptly detect issues appearing in the CMS dashboard such as copyright strike, appealed claim, etc.
• Support creator solves channel problems

1. Others

• Support to answer questions and update creators about YouTube policies
• Support team make a proposal about channel consulting
