Senior Executive, Influencer Marketing

Influencer Marketing, Hong Kong

We are seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to develop campaigns, manage KOL relationships, create content, analyze performance, and drive brand growth.

 

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic influencer marketing initiatives across Digital, PR, influencer, and social media channels to enhance brand awareness.
  • Plan and implement media and influencer strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support pitching efforts and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with KOLs and influencers across Hong Kong and Mainland China, building and maintaining a robust influencer database.
  • Oversee end-to-end influencer campaign management, from ideation to execution and performance tracking.
  • Lead content development, including brainstorming, creation, and delivery of compelling influencer-driven content.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and new opportunities for influencer partnerships and program expansion.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with influencers to drive brand engagement and business growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize ROI in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting regular competitor and market analysis.

Who You Are

  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required. A full-time bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a solid understanding of marketing theories and methodologies. Experience in multinational tech companies is a plus.
  • Strong strategic and planning skills, a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in planning and executing large-scale events, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with new media tools and content creation capabilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Expertise in overseas social media, PR, media planning, and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in new media tools and content creation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with KOCs, KOLs, and with internal and external teams.
