Senior Executive, Key Account Management (E-Commerce and Social Commerce)

As a Senior Executive, Key Account Management, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing strong relationships with our valued e-commerce and social commerce clients at AnyMind Thailand. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic account planning, client relationship management, and driving business growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, identify opportunities for expansion, and ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.

 

What You'll Do

Brand Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client business objectives and develop customized e-commerce strategies.

 

Operations & Execution:

  • Manage all aspects of account operations, including contract management, invoicing, and order fulfillment.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, including awareness campaigns, conversion strategies, and social media initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
  • Oversee customer retention and contract renewal efforts.

 

E-commerce Expertise:

  • Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends and best practices in the Thai market.
  • Leverage your knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces in Thailand to optimize client performance.
  • Provide guidance on e-commerce operations, including product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and customer service.

 

Content & Creative:

  • Brief internal teams (e.g., creative, content) on campaign requirements.
  • Provide input on creative concepts for advertisements, shop decorations, and other marketing materials.

 

Live Commerce:

  • Manage live commerce operations, including script confirmation, product receiving, and order fulfillment.

 

Logistics & Fulfillment:

  • Coordinate product shipments between clients and fulfillment centers.

 

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team (AS Team) to optimize advertising campaigns.

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within an e-commerce marketplace or e-commerce solutions company.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Thai e-commerce landscape and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute end-to-end e-commerce operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
