VP of Supply Chain and Operations

As the Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations, you’ll oversee three key departments of e-commerce distribution including Supply Chain, Operations, and Import. Your leadership will shape the future of e-commerce distribution, ensuring seamless, efficient operations while driving strategic excellence. You’ll be the key architect of our operational framework, optimizing inventory management and elevating our operational standards to new heights.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee the Supply Chain Department, driving procurement, logistics, and inventory optimization strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Manage the Operations and Customer Service Departments, ensuring flawless execution in our warehouses and distribution centers to deliver top-tier service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the supply chain along with operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the entire import process, from initial procurement to final delivery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and managing licensing procedures efficiently.
  • Oversee inventories are maintained at targeted Days on Hand (DOI), Stock on Hand (SOH), and Available to Purchase (ATP) levels.
  • Organize operational expenses to align with budgetary guidelines.
  • Manage all warehouses internal and external and deliveries adhere to agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure timely and accurate presentation of operational data to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of related experience in supply chain and operations management in the e-commerce distribution industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations, warehouse management, distribution and delivery.
  • Proficiently English for communication.
  • Proven track record in directing significant operational success and leading multiple teams to exceed business growth goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong capability to build long-term relationships with significant business clients.
  • Demonstrated success in steering organizational achievements, showcasing comprehensive people management skills that encompass empowering, motivating, and cultivating the development of teams with diverse levels of expertise.
