Senior Account Executive (EC and Tiktok Shop)

Business Development, Ho Chi Minh City

The leadership of the store management, driving revenue and growth for designated brands on TikTok Shop. Collaborate closely with brand teams to implement healthy long-term growth strategies from designing scaled sales and promotion programs to managing all operational metrics and purchasing experience end-user products on the TikTok Shop platform.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for building JBP, monthly sales plan by level assortment, pricing, and promotion plan. Ensure to achievement of sales goals & PnL on the TikTok Shop channel for the brand team
  • Main PIC for onboarding brands on TikTok, including store opening, product and material listing, and campaign registration.
  • Preparing weekly performance figures for management, and actively participating in weekly and monthly business reviews including profit and loss analysis.
  • Monitor, analyze, and explore new revenue opportunities for brands via TikTok Source of Growth: Livestream, Short Video, Shopping Center, Advertising, Affiliate Solutions
  • Optimizing brand strategy involves TikTok content tips, advertising performance recommendations, and campaign planning to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to support customer service, marketing, supply chain, and logistics operations for store performance and indicators.
  • Partner with KOLs for effective affiliate marketing & manage both in-house affiliate TikTok live streams.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor product sales, offering valuable insights to the brand team to facilitate informed business decisions
  • Fulfill any other duties as assigned by top management

Who You Are

  • At least two years of key account manager experience (experience working on platforms or Agencies is an advantage)
  • Must know how to build a comprehensive sales plan
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key insights to share with the brand team
  • Adept in data analysis and proficient in business presentation.
  • Strong experience with eCom marketplace channel management
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management and communication skills, need to be very aggressive, and adaptive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (writing & speaking)
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent project management.
