Senior Business Development Manager, Agency Business

We are seeking a results-oriented, strategic, and high-energy Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth in the Agency’s digital and influencer marketing space. This role is designed for a seasoned professional responsible for expanding our client portfolio, driving significant revenue, and strengthening our presence across multinational agencies and key enterprise brands.

You will play a critical role in the company’s expansion, acting as a lead strategist for client acquisition and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital marketing solutions.

What You'll Do

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a robust business development plan for digital and influencer marketing that aligns with the agency’s revenue targets.
  • Proactively identify high-potential verticals, market gaps, and partnership opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends to position our services effectively against competitors.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and initial outreach to high-stakes pitching and closing.
  • Build and nurture long-term, high-value relationships with key decision-makers at multinational agencies and enterprise-level clients.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a strong professional pipeline.

Strategic Solution Development

  • Partner with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, and Operations) to craft tailored, data-driven digital marketing proposals.
  • Lead complex negotiations to ensure profitable deal structures and sustainable client partnerships.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on influencer marketing and digital trends during client consultations.

Reporting & Performance

  • Maintain a consistent and predictable sales pipeline as well as update CMS (HubSpot), providing regular updates to leadership on KPIs and revenue forecasts.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the digital marketing/advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and acquiring enterprise-level accounts.
  • Extensive understanding of digital marketing channels and solutions: Influencer Marketing, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content Marketing, Marketing Tech, etc.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to command a room and influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and a performance-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high expectations.
