Kosuke Sogo

Since I was a child, I dreamt of starting a company of my own. Growing up with grandparents who ran their own businesses had a strong influence on me. Looking back, I realize that I have always been drawn to business and motivated by the desire to make a meaningful impact on the world.

In 2016, I founded AnyMind Group together with my co-founder, Otohiko Kozutsumi. That was when a long-held dream of mine finally began to take shape.

Over the past decade, we have expanded our business across the region, and today we operate offices in 15 markets. During this time, we have had the opportunity to work alongside enterprises, publishers, and creators to unlock new possibilities for growth.

Today, we are an end-to-end commerce enablement company that is transforming commerce to become more exciting, effective, and efficient through our technology. We’re putting the ability to do great business into the hands of creators and enterprises across Asia and the world, and empowering them to experience the excitement in easily bringing ideas to life.

Looking ahead, we will continue leveraging our technology and global network to create new value and opportunities. As we continue our journey, we remain committed to contributing to society by building the next-generation infrastructure that powers businesses globally.

Kosuke Sogo

Kosuke Sogo

CEO and co-founder

Kosuke Sogo founded AnyMind Group in Singapore in 2016. Within one year, the business expanded to six markets, and over eight years, it grew to 15 markets with more than 1,500 employees. In 2023, the company went public on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market. Sogo continues to lead the growth of the business, overseeing all operations and locations. He was ranked in the Top 10 of Forbes JAPAN’s 'Japan Entrepreneur Ranking 2022' and was also selected as an 'Endeavor Entrepreneur' by Endeavor, one of the world's largest entrepreneur support organizations.
Otohiko Kozutsumi

CCO and co-founder

Otohiko Kozutsumi has over 15 years of experience in digital marketing and business development, leading global expansion and M&A initiatives for startups. He co-founded AnyMind Group with Kosuke Sogo in 2016 and, based in Singapore, played a central role in expanding the business across Asian markets. He currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing the group’s client business across the APAC region. He leads multinational teams and accelerates enterprise growth through integrated solutions and platforms spanning marketing and e-commerce.
Keizo Okawa

CFO

Keizo Okawa is the Chief Finance Officer at AnyMind Group, and he leads AnyMind Group’s financial strategy, control and management. He is also responsible for the corporate function for AnyMind Group. He has over 13 years of experience working in the financial industry, and prior to AnyMind Group, he was at Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley where he was vice president in the investment banking group.
Ryuji Takemoto

Chief Product Officer

Ryuji Takemoto leads AnyMind Group's product development, including its acceleration into an AI-native company. He leads the product development team across AnyMind’s five engineering hubs that develops the company's proprietary platforms, and leads the AI App Studio unit and strategic integration of AI across the company’s BPaaS model. His experience covers product development across mobile applications, games, news applications, and an ad network that he co-founded.
Masaki Okawa

Chief Operating Officer, Southeast Asia

Masaki Okawa leads AnyMind Group's business and operations in Southeast Asia. Prior to joining AnyMind Group, Masaki Okawa was Vice President, Oral Care, Japan/Korea & Innovation Leader of Asia, Middle East and Africa for Procter & Gamble, where he spent 16 years. He is also non-executive Chief Strategy Officer of logitech startup, Logipeace.
Ben Chien

Managing Director, Greater China

Ben Chien is Managing Director of AnyMind Group in Greater China, and also leads AnyMind Group’s sell-side business for the region. Prior to joining AnyMind Group, Chien was founder of Acqua Media, which was subsequently acquired by AnyMind Group. Founded in 2013, Acqua Media provides programmatic selling strategy and ad monetization services for premium web publishers and app developers.
Tatum Ona Kembara

Managing Director, Growth & Partnerships, Indonesia

Kembara leads growth initiatives and partnerships for Indonesia, having joined AnyMind Group through the acquisition of DDI, an e-commerce enabler that she founded. Prior to starting DDI, Kembara was VP Of Business Growth at Blibli, and held roles in Sale Stock, Kearney and other FMCG companies.
Hitoshi Maruyama

Managing Director, Publisher Growth

Hitoshi Maruyama leads Publisher Engagement at AnyMind Group, and he is responsible for AnyMind Group's publisher-side business. He previously held roles in Japanese advertising company Geniee and Indonesia-based ADSTARS.
Siwat Vilassakdanont

Managing Director, New Ventures, Thailand

Siwat Vilassakdanont is responsible for new ventures for AnyMind Group in Thailand. Vilassakdanont joined AnyMind Group in March 2019 following the acquisition of Moindy, where he was Managing Partner. Vilassakdanont has a background in finance and entrepreneurship with roles in Trinity Securities and Merrill Lynch, and co-founded various startups including WXYZ and Dealicious.
Kiatisak Watcharapruk

Managing Director of Creator Growth

As Managing Director of Creator Growth, Watcharapruk will lead the company’s business unit that supports content creators, including the business unit’s global direction and strategy. He joined AnyMind Group from Google, where he led the launch and go-to-market of Google’s Gemini and other AI features across Asia Pacific. He also held various product management and product marketing roles throughout his nine-year stint, working on their flagship products like Search, Assistant and Shopping.
Shodai Fujita

Managing Director of Japan

After graduating from university Shodai Fujita joined AnyMind as a fresh graduate. Following business development roles in Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City, he was tasked to establish the influencer marketing division at the Japan office. Currently, Fujita leads the company's entire business and operations in Japan. Fujita also holds the position of CEO at AnyUp Inc., a joint venture with Sunny Side Up.
Steven Tan

Managing Director of Fulfillment

Steven Tan is the founder of Arche Digital Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysia-based e-commerce enabler that AnyMind Group acquired. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York. He founded Arche Digital in 2015 and currently serves as its CEO. Tan also leads the company’s business strategy for fulfillment, including warehousing, storage and distribution.
Koichiro Izawa

Managing Director of Accounting & Financial Control

Koichiro Izawa started his career in 1998 where he joined Sakura Bank. AFter working at a major audit firm, he joined a venture that went public in 2005, and led its development of management organizational structure after the IPO. Subsequently he held leadership roles in accounting and finance for a range of firsms, overseeing regions such as Japan and Southeast Asia.
Takanobu Ushiyama

Managing Director of Japan

Takanobu Ushiyama founded ENGAWA with a focus on cross-border marketing operations. Ushiyama held leadership roles in companies such as Sunnny Side Up. In 2021, he joined AnyMind Group post-M&A, and oversees the company's D2C and e-commerce business in Japan.
Junki Kitajima

Managing Director of Japan

Junki Kitajima is CEO of GROVE Inc, a Japan-based creator management company. He joined GROVE in 2015, and was appointed as the company's CEO in 2017. In 2019, he joined AnyMind Group post-M&A and oversees the company's creator management business in Japan.
Akinori Kubo

Managing Director of Global E-Commerce

While still a university student, Akinori Kubo interned and helped establish AnyMind's Hong Kong office. After graduating, he joined Toyota Motor Corporation as a fresh graduate, working on business planning for in-car batteries targeting the Chinese market. Kubo later joined AnyMind Group, and was responsible for launching the logistics and cross-border e-commerce business. Collaborating with the product development team, he also contributed to developing the global logistics platform "AnyLogi." As the Head of Global E-Commerce, Kubo leads the global e-commerce business by working with regional offices to create cross-border e-commerce services and devise and implement sales strategies.
Aditya Aima

Managing Director, Growth Markets; Co-MD, India and MENA

Aditya Aima is responsible for various growth initiatives in AnyMind Group. Aima joined AnyMind Group following the acquisition of POKKT, where he was Vice President for Southeast Asia. Prior to joining POKKT, Aima held leadership roles in Culture Machine, Astro Malaysia, Bloomberg, Turner, STAR India and more.
Siddharth Kelkar

Managing Director of India and MENA

Siddharth Kelkar is spearheading the global performance business at AnyMind Group, and has over 17 years of expertise across various mediums including television, print and digital. He has worked in various leadership roles at Reliance Games, CNBC TV18, SVG Media and most recently at POKKT Mobile Ads.
Ted Kim

Country Manager, Korea

Ted Kim leads AnyMind Group’s business and operations in Korea. Before joining AnyMind, Kim was Regional Director - Korean Clients, at ADA. Prior to ADA, Kim held roles Twitter, Google and Microsoft.
Takahiko Iwabuchi

Country Manager, Thailand

Iwabuchi is responsible for AnyMind Group's business and operations in Thailand. Iwabuchi started his career in FourM, and subsequently joined AnyMind Group through the acquisition of FourM in 2017.
Lidyawati Aurelia

Country Manager, Indonesia

Lidyawati Aurelia is the Country Manager of AnyMind Group in Indonesia. She is responsible for the company’s operations in Indonesia, with the aim of establishing AnyMind Group as the leading technology company in Indonesia with technological solutions for various industries that empower growth.
Wing Lee

General Manager, Taiwan

Wing Lee leads AnyMind Group's business and operations for Taiwan. She has more than a decade of exprience working across the advertising and marketing industry in leadership positions.
Lee Chin Chuan

Country Manager, Malaysia

Lee Chin Chuan is Country Manager of Malaysia for AnyMind Group, and leads the company's operations in Malaysia. Prior to joining AnyMind Group, Chin Chuan held roles at VMLY&R, Isobar Malaysia, and Naga DDB.
Toh Yi Hui

Country Manager, Singapore

Yi Hui leads AnyMind Group's business and operations for Singapore. He has worked in a variety of roles across the marketing and advertising industry for a decade, and held previous positions in Kingsmen Creatives.
Mayi Baviera

Country Manager, Philippines

Mayi Baviera leads AnyMind Group's business and operations in the Philippines. Before joining AnyMind, Baviera was Country Director for the Philippines at ADA. Prior to joining ADA, she held leadership roles at Cheil and Digital FCB Manila.
Lan Anh Nguyen

Country Manager, Vietnam

Lan Anh is responsible for the company's business and operations in Vietnam. Prior to joining AnyMind Group, Lan Anh was Group Executive Director of Golden Communication Group. She also held marketing and communications roles at Rocket Internet, Riverorchid Notch, and Climax.

Kosuke Sogo

CEO and co-founder

Kosuke Sogo is CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group, and oversees the expansion and growth of the company and its business units in globally. He is an Endeavor Entrepreneur and was ranked top 10 by Forbes JAPAN for their "Japanese Entrepreneurs Ranking" in 2022 and top 20 in 2021 and 2020. Prior to founding AnyMind Group, he was Managing Director, APAC for MicroAd Inc, and the youngest-ever director for the company.
Keizo Okawa

Shogo Ikeuchi

External Director

Shogo Ikeuchi joined RECRUIT Co. in 1988. After working in supercomputer-related business and corporate planning, he joined the Corporate Planning division in 2000, where he was engaged in formulating medium to long-term growth strategies and promoting new business development and overseas expansion. 2005: Executive Officer. 2012: Director. He has served as CSO/CHRO and Advisor to the Board of Directors, and has been an Advisor to the company since 2020; appointed Outside Director of Sony Financial Holdings, Inc. in June 2019; appointed Representative Director of JIC Capital Corporation in September 2020.
Shohei Murata

Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member)

Shohei Murata is an auditor at AnyMind Group. He started his career at KPMG in 2011, and in 2017, joined AnyMind Group, where he worked in a wide range of accounting and finance roles, and has been in his current position since 2019.
Nao Kitazawa

External Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member)

Nao Kitazawa spent six years as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, where he helped grow the firm's real estate practice. Prior to this, he worked as a lawyer for six years, practicing financial and real estate law in Japan and New York. In 2014, he participated in the launch of Money Design Inc. as COO, and also the launch and business expansion of robo-advisor "THEO". He also contributed to the establishment of the Fintech Association in Japan as a board member (retired). He joined Coinbase in 2018, the largest virtual currency exchange in the United States. He is currently CEO of Japan for Coinbase.
Tomoyuki Oka

External Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member)

Oka is Partner in Anderson Mori & Tomotsune. Graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law in 2004, admitted to the bar in 2006, and graduated from the University of Chicago (LL.M.) in 2012. Oka handles a wide range of corporate legal matters, including IPOs and other securities transactions in domestic and international capital markets, as well as startup support.

Keisuke Honda

Advisor

Keisuke Honda is a professional football player, has represented Japan at three FIFA World Cups, and won the Most Valuable Player award in the 2011 AFC Asian Cup. Currently head coach for the Cambodia national football team, Honda has played for football teams across Asia, Europe and Central America. As an entrepreneur, Honda has started a football school with over 80 locations globally, and founded KSK Angel Fund, a personal investment fund. In 2018, he launched the Dreamers Fund with actor, Will Smith. He was appointed as a “Global Advocate for Youth” by the UN Foundation in 2016, and a special researcher at MIT Media Lab.
Yutaka Matsuo

Advisor

Yutaka Matsuo specializes in artificial intelligence, data extraction, social media analysis, business models and more. He is also working on research in knowledge structuring (the structuring of information in the human brain) and the impact of the internet on society and the economy. Matsuo also serves as President of the Japan Deep Learning Association, an organization aimed at improving Japan’s industrial competitiveness in technologies around deep learning, and he has also served as a director of multiple companies.
Toshihiko Yamasaki

Advisor

Prof. Dr. Toshihiko Yamasaki, Professor of Graduate School of Information Science and Technology in The University of Tokyo, was appointed as a technical advisor to AnyMind Group. Yamasaki was also a visiting scientist at Cornell University for two years, and specializes in multimedia, computer vision and pattern recognition.
