As the Business Development Manager of the Publisher Growth team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the business development team of 3-4. Your responsibilities will include overseeing performance metrics, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the team meets revenue targets.

What You Will Do

  •  Lead and manage the business development team, including goal setting, performance monitoring, providing guidance, and support to ensure the achievement of revenue generation goals.
  •  Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients such as website media and application developers, understanding their business needs deeply and providing appropriate solutions.
  •  Identify and develop new business opportunities, expand the client base, drive business growth, and enhance efficiency in revenue generation.
  •  Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to formulate corresponding business development strategies that meet client needs and improve the competitiveness of products or services.
  •  Collaborate closely with internal teams, including but not limited to product development, marketing, and technical teams, to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
  •  Oversee the signing of business contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with company objectives and policies.
  •  Provide regular reports to senior management on performance, market feedback, and development strategies.


Who You Are

  •  Minimum 4 years of experience in app or digital industries
  •  Experience in business development or business management with a proven track record of success.
  •  Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship management abilities to build long-term partnerships with clients at different levels.
  •  Familiarity with website and app development fields, with a deep understanding of industry trends and changes.
  •  Team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding team members towards common goals.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen, capable of strategizing and making prompt and effective decisions.
  •  Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to work efficiently under pressure.
