We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and administrative coordination while ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to enhance employee experience, maintain accurate HR records, and drive engagement initiatives. What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including interview coordination, candidate tracking, offer rollout, and onboarding
- Administer employee lifecycle activities such as documentation, attendance management, and HRMS data maintenance
- Prepare HR MIS reports and support payroll inputs and statutory compliance processes
- Assist in performance management cycles including goal tracking, appraisal coordination, and documentation
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR initiatives
- Act as the SPOC for employee queries, policy clarification, and grievance handling
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for HR and admin-related activities
Who You Are
- 3–4 years of experience in HR operations and administration
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee lifecycle management
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and MS Excel
- Good knowledge of payroll inputs and basic statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
