What You Will Do
- Create and issue Insertion Orders (IOs) for the sales team using the HubSpot system.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile monthly sales and financial figures, actively resolving any discrepancies.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) for frontline teams via the NetSuite system.
- Manage contract administration, including document stamping, filing, and archiving.
- Support the Corporate team with necessary internal events and daily administrative tasks.
- Compile and organize bulk data efficiently to support team operations.
- Assist in workflow optimization (you don't need to lead this, but your input and participation in improving processes are highly valued).

- Tech-Savvy: You are highly familiar with Google Workspace and possess strong skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel formulas.
- English Reader: You have intermediate English reading proficiency. (Note: Spoken English is not typically required, but you must be comfortable navigating English system interfaces and reading occasional internal English documents.)
- Organizational Expert: You have a knack for contract management or tasks of a similarly structured nature.
Nice To Have
- Prior working experience in a dynamic startup environment.
- Previous experience in fast-paced or related industries, such as: Advertising, Software Development, Architecture & Interior Design, Professional Consulting, E-commerce, or PR & Exhibitions.
